Dr. Dawn Van is a board-certified optometrist who has been practicing in Optometry in South Florida for over 20 years. She was accepted in the accelerated program at Nova Southeastern University, College of Optometry, where she earned both her degrees in Bachelor of Science in Vision Science and Doctor of Optometry. She completed her internship in primary care in 2002. Dr. Van's primary focus in her practice is to ensure quality patient care in a compassionate and caring environment. Her expertise include Comprehensive Family Eye Care for all ages, Soft/Specialty/Rigid Gas Permeable Contact Lenses, Treatment and Management of Ocular Diseases, and Co-management of LASIK/Refractive and Cataract Surgeries. Dr. Dawn Van is also committed to promoting overall ocular health and UV protection awareness. She has participated in her local community for Special Olympics Vision Screenings and Vision Walk Fundraisers over the past years throughout South Florida. Dr. Dawn Van is happily married with three children. Not only is she dedicated to her profession, but she is devoted to her family as well.
